Can you tell us a little about Panama Online Accounting and where you’re based?

Panama Accounting specialises in helping businesses to to automate their accounting practice using cloud-based accounting applications. We’re based in Panama (Central America). 

What are the main challenges you face around reporting and consolidation?

Before using Joiin, time was the main challenge for us, exporting trial balances and aged reports of different business units into spreadsheets and all the manual work it involves is time consuming and sometimes stressful. 

How long have you been using Joiin and how does your company use it? 

We’ve been using Joiin since June 2020 and we particularly use it for inter-company accounts and reconciliations, we have all the business units balances in just one report.

Our experience with Joiin has been just great, it has all what we need for reporting and consolidation, very easy to use and for an excellent price.”

What’s your favourite feature?

I am delighted with the inter-company eliminations feature, once we have selected the inter-company accounts, we want to eliminate the work is done automatically which is great.

What advice would you give to someone who is looking to implement a new reporting system?

Shop around, our experience with Joiin has been just great, it has all what we need for reporting and consolidation, very easy to use and for an excellent price.
