New Features for May 2020

New Report Column Options

We’ve added more options to the Report filters so you can now display additional data such as % Split/Change, % of Sales, Budget and Average with the flick of a switch.  Putting the control over what data you see right where you need it and giving you even more reporting options.

PDF Printing and Download

You can now print or download reports in PDF format.  Just click on the Print button next to the Excel button and a formatted version of the report can be printed or saved as a PDF.  Giving you more options for generating reports.

User Management and Permissions

We’ve updated the User Management section to give you much more control over what users that you invite to Joiin can see and do.  There are now three access levels: Read, Write and Admin.  This allows you to delegate control at any level while increasing protection when needed.

A/R Ageing by Company

We’ve added the ability to break down the A/R Ageing report by Company.  Simply switch the By Company toggle on to see data grouped by company.

Tax Separation in Sales by Customer Report

The Sales by Customer report is now broken down into Net, Tax and Gross so you can clearly see the Tax portion of sales.

Chart of Accounts by Company

Requested by lots of you, we’ve now added the Company names against the accounts in the Chart of Accounts page.  You can also filter by Company to only see the accounts for selected companies.
